Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - J.K. Rowling, Mary GrandPré Wow. I'm usually up for a good ramble with my reviews. But this one feels different. So many likable, lovable, pitiable, and vile characters die in this series. I'm a bit numb.

I've heard people compare the examples of sacrificial love in Harry Potter to Christ's Passion. I guess I could. But it feels better for me to ask fewer questions, and simply to enjoy the fact that a series of books could bring out so many complex emotions in me. A truly great story.
